摘要
对钢筋混凝土结构抗震设计中如何正确处理和执行《建筑抗震设计规范》（ＧＢＪ１１－８９）的有关规定及规范中存在的一些问题进行了分析和讨论。
This paper analyzes and discusses some problems of how to correctly handle and carry out stipulations of the Code of Design of Earthquake Resistant Buildings,and makes a suggestion to improve these problems.
