Overview of SC D2 activities during CIGRE Session No.41

本文全面介绍了国际大电网会议(CIGRE)第41届大会期间电力信息与通信专业委员会(CIGRE SC D2)2006年工作会议和技术研讨会的情况,总结了参加本届大会相关活动后获得的四点体会和启示,提出了关于进一步做好CIGRE中国国家委员会相关工作的六项建议。

The Session No. 41 is one of the biyearly general assembly of International Council on Large Electric Systems （CIGRE） , which was held in Paris, France from 27 August to 1 September 2006. As a representative of the Chinese National Committee of CIGRE （ CIGRE CNC） to the Study Committee D2-Information Systems and Telecommunications （ CIGRE SC D2）, the author attended the event. This report outlines the general information of SC D2, details the major issues covered in the 2006 SC D2 regular meeting and colloquium, presents some ideas inspired by taking part in the meeting and discussion, and finally offers some suggestions to be better involved in the international exchange of knowledge and experience through CIGRE as such a platform.
