基于VoiceXML的语音报警技术在电力系统中的应用

Study on voice alarm technology based on VoiceXML in power system

随着语音技术的发展,从传统的远程语音报警到实时语音访问和语音控制,其在电力系统中的应用更加广泛。针对语音技术在电力系统中的实际使用情况,文章首先设计了语音报警装置,然后介绍了一种通过语音对话访问W eb服务和交互语音应答的标准VoiceXML,并对其结构模型、基本术语和应用模型进行了详细的分析,最后着重描述了报警装置通过电话语音访问In-ternet的服务。由于VoiceXML的语音应用在电力系统容易实现,相信具有很好的应用前途。

Along with the technology development, the Voice technology has been widely used in power system. In view of the actual application condition of voice technology in power system, this paper introduces the design of voice alarm device and the standard of VoieeXML that can be accessed to Web by voice. It analyzes the structure, basic terminology and application model. The paper also describes how the alarm device accesses to the Internet via telephone line. Since VoiceXML voice application is easy to be realized in power system, the paper predicts that the application will have a bright future.
