两种保鲜剂对非洲菊切花的保鲜效应 被引量:11

摘要 研究了含水杨酸和抗坏血酸的保鲜剂对非洲菊切花保鲜的生理效应。结果表明:两种保鲜剂都能在一定程度上增加切花鲜重,增大花径,改善水分平衡;抑制POD活性的降低,延缓蛋白质的降解;降低脯氨酸含量;维持细胞膜结构的相对稳定,延长瓶插寿命。两种保鲜剂中,以30 g/L蔗糖+200 mg/L 8-羟基喹啉柠檬酸+30 mg/L水杨酸的保鲜剂保鲜效果较好。 Two chemical agents were tested to investigate the preservation freshness effects on cutting flowers of Gerbera jamesonii. The results show that two chemical agents both are of increasing fresh weight of cutting flowers and flower diameter, improving water balance, inhibiting decrease of POD activity, retarding degradation speed of protein, reducing proline content, maintaining relative stability of cell membrane construction and prolonging life of cutting flowers efficiently. The chemical agent (30g/L sucrose + 200mg/L 8-HQC +30mg/L salicylic acid) is of the better effect compared with the other chemical agent (30g/L sucrose + 200mg/L 8-HQC +50mg/L ascorbic acid).
