摘要
研究了用微弧氧化法对钛合金(Ti-2.5Al-5Mo-5V)可拆连接件制备的耐磨润滑涂层的化学成分、相成分及润滑性能,这种涂层可使螺栓/螺母的摩擦系数降低到0.06~0.16。根据 X 射线衍射法、X 射线光电图谱法[XP(h)ES]、激光质谱法(LMC)测得的数据,结合差热分析(DTA)结果,分析了钛合金微弧氧化涂层能够降低摩擦系数的原因。
The chemical composition, phase composition and lubrication property of nongalling lubrication coating prepared by micro arc oxidizing on titanium alloy connectors are studied. The coating can reduce the friction coefficient of bolt/nut to 0.06 - 0. 16. Based on the results measured by x-ray diffraction, XP(h)ES and LMC and according to the DTA results, the paper analyzes the reason why the micro arc oxidizing on titanium alloy connectors can reduce the friction coefficient.
