摘要 为了研究Texaco气化炉激冷室下降管内气液两相流动特性,在不考虑气液两相热质传递的条件下,采用数值方法探讨了激冷水流量、入口气体速度对下降管内壁降膜的流动特征、流型与断裂所产生的影响.结果表明,随着激冷水流量增大,下降管内壁降膜连续性越好,气体速度对降膜结构的影响相对较小.当激冷水流量保持不变的情况下,降膜入口速度对降膜连续性的影响比降膜入口厚度的影响显著,增加降膜入口速度对抑制降膜断裂具有更为重要的作用. In order to investigate the characteristics of gas-liquid two-phase flow in the vertical pipe of the quench chamber of Texaco coal gasifier, the flowing characteristics, the flow pattern and the flow fault caused by different liquid flux or different gas inlet velocity were investigated without considering the heat and mass transfer by numerical simulation method. It is found that with the increase of the quench water flux, the flow pattern becomes more continuous, while the influence of the gas velocity is relatively small. When the quench water flux remains constant, the influence of the water inlet velocity on the falling liquid film continuity is more powerful than that of the water inlet thickness. Increasing water inlet velocity has more remarkable effect on restraining the flow-fault.
