摘要
水利水电工程项目的评价是水利水电工程项目实现科学管理的重要环节。本文研究了水利水电工程项目后评价的理论、方法，即分析了水利水电工程后评价的特点、内容、基本原则程序．提出了后评价的指标体系，并给出了各指标的计算公式。该理论方法是对水利水电工程项目经济评价体系的发展。
ssessment of water conservancy and hydropower prejects is a key link for realizing scientific management of water conservancy and hydropower projects.Theory and method for post assessment of water conservancy and hydropower projects is studied.The characteristics,contents,basic principle sequences are analyzesd.Index system of post assessment is presented and comutation formula for various index is given.The theoritical method is a development of economic evaluation system for water conservancy and hydropowerprojests.
