摘要 研究盐对气液平衡的影响,对开发加盐萃取精馏技术非常重要。该文对盐酸-水体系气液平衡的盐效应进行了考察。气液平衡实验的结果表明,加盐使盐酸对水的相对挥发度显著提高,溶液中HC l摩尔分数为0.060 0,MgC l2摩尔分数为0.031 1时,相对挥发度从0.107 3增大至1.414 3。盐效应的机理是盐中氯离子带来的同离子效应与电解质的盐析效应。 It is important to study the influence of salt on vapor - liquid equilibrium for the extractive distillation with addition of salt. The salt effect in vapor - liquid equilibrium of the hydrochloric acid - water system was discussed. Experimental results of vapor - liquid equilibrium showed that the relative volatility of hydrochloric acid to water was effectively raised by salts, increasing from 0. 107 3 to 1.414 3 when mole fractions of HCl and MgCl2 were 0.060 0 and 0.031 1 respectively. The mechanism of salt effect was the common-ion effect and the salting-out effect.
