城区二级医院343例剖宫产原因分析

目的：观察近十年的剖宫产指征变化，探讨剖宫产原因变化，寻求降低剖宫产对策。方法选择1994年-1995年与2003-2004年剖宫产病例，回顾性分析剖宫产指征的变化。结果剖宫产率无明显上升，但其原因有明显差异。结论提高对剖宫产的认识，改善医患关系，鼓励产妇阴道分娩，正确掌握剖宫产指征，提高产科技术质量，降低剖宫产率，保障母婴身心健康。

Objective： Seeking strategies to reduce cesarean section rate by observing the change in indications and reasons of cesarean section an in recent decade. Methods： 343 cesarean section cases in our hospital from 1994 to 1995, 2003 to 2004 were analyzed retrospectively. Results： There was a significant difference in the reasons of cesarean section while the rate of cesarean section was not increased.. Conclusion： Strengthen understand of cesarean section, improve doctor-patient relationship, encourage vagina delivery, master the indication of cesarean section correctly, enhance obstetrics technologies to curb the increase of cesarean section and ensure physically and mentally healthy of both mothers and infants.
