摘要
为满足当前传动技术的需求,提出了一种新型内功率分流无级变速器.阐述了该变速器的工作原理、性能及应用前景;应用P ro/E W ild fire软件建立了该变速器虚拟样机模型;应用YW D-100/2型动平衡实验平台对加工制造出来的变速器实物进行动平衡实验.结果表明:变速器装配体间无干涉,零件结构设计合理,验证了该产品加工制造的可行性;动平衡实验结果接近理想的平衡数值.该新型内功率分流无级变速器在军用装甲车辆和大功率民用车辆领域具有良好的应用前景.
To fulfill the demands of current transmission technique, a new kind of hydromechanical stepless transmission gearbox was proposed. Its principle, performance and application prospect were expatiated. Prototype model of this gearbox was established in Pro/E Wildfire. Dynamic balancing experiment of the manufactured gearbox was carried out on the YWD-100/2 dynamic balancing test rig. The results showed that there existed no interference in its assembly and the reasonability in structure design and feasibility in manufacture were demonstrated. Furthermore, the results of dynamic balancing experiment were approached to the ideal value. Therefore, this gearbox filled the blank of current transmission technology.
