摘要
新型农村合作医疗制度自2003年在我国试点运行以来,取得了可喜的成绩,但也暴露了不少问题。本文试从新型农村合作医疗的立法、筹资、资金监管、乡镇卫生院建设等方面,提出相应的对策思考。
