闹羊花提取物对鲤科鱼类的急性毒性试验

The acute toxicity effects of extract of Rhododendron molle to the carp family fish

采用静水式试验方法,在水温为(20±1)℃的条件下,研究闹羊花提取物对鲤鱼、鳊鱼和白鲢的毒性效应,以期为该药在水产养殖寄生虫病的防治上提供理论依据。试验结果:闹羊花提取物对鲤鱼的24hLC50、48h LC509、6h LC50分别为1086.43mg.L-1、619.44mg.L-1、349.14mg.L-1;安全浓度为34.91mg.L-1。对鳊鱼的24h LC50、48h LC509、6h LC50分别为780.73mg.L-1、527.23mg..L-1、237.14mg.L-1;安全浓度为23.71mg.L-1。对白鲢的24h LC50、48h LC50、96h LC50分别为1011.58 mg.L-1、575.84 mg.L-1、165.58mg.L-1,安全浓度为16.56mg.L-1。

The extraction of Rhododendron molle was used on Cyprinus carpi, Parabramis pekinensis and Hypohythalmicthys molitris in acute toxicity tests. The static tests were determined in 20 ± 1℃ at laboratory. It turns out there was a different tolerance in these fish. The LC50 values （medium lethal concentration） of extraction to Cyprinus carpi in 24h, 48h and 96h were respectively 1 086.43mg·L^-1, 619.44mg·L^-1,349.14mg·L^-1 ; the safe concentration value was 34.91 mg·L^-1. The LC50 values of extraction to Parabramis pekinensis in 24h, 48h and 96h were respectively 780.73mg·L^-1,527.23mg·L^-1 、 237.14mg·L^-1 the safe concentration value was 23.71mg·L^-1. The LC50 values of extraction to Hypohythalmicthys molitris in 24h, 48h and 96h were respectively 1 011.58mg·L^-1,575.84mg·L^-1 165.58 mg·L^-1 the safe concentration value was 16.56mg·L^-1.
