摘要
目的探讨应激和倦怠的因果关系。方法采用简式倦怠量表、生活事件问卷间隔两个月对263名大学生重复施测,进行交叉滞后相关分析。结果各个方向上的相关差异都有极显著意义(P<0.000),重大事件(1)与倦怠(2)的相关(r=0.363)大于重大事件(1)与倦怠(1)的相关(r=0.322),生活琐事(1)与倦怠(2)的相关(r=0.484)大于生活琐事(1)与倦怠(1)的相关(r=0.459)。结论应激是倦怠的前因变量,初步验证了“应激—倦怠”的理论构想。
Objective To explore the causality between stress and burnout, Methods A total of 263 college students were measured repeatedly with the Burnout Measure (Shout version) and Life Events Scale every two months, and analyzed with the method of cross lagged correlation. Results The correlations in all directions were significant (P〈 0. 000), the correlation ( r = 0.363) between fatal events( 1 ) and burnout (2) was higher than that ( r = 0.322) between fatal events ( 1 ) and burnout ( 1 ) ; the correlation ( r = 0.484) between life trivia ( 1 ) and burnout (2) was higher than that ( r=0.459) between life trivia (1) and burnout ( 1 ). Conclusions Stress is the cause of burnout, and this study supports the theory of "Stress Burnout".
