摘要
香港产业结构从制造业转向服务业,由此导致就业结构的转化,并出现了新的就业特征与矛盾。香港政府实施了就业促进政策,较为有效地解决了就业问题。
The industrial structure in Hongkong has transferred from manufacturing industry to service trades, which leads to the transformation of employment structure and employment problem. The government adopts a policy of employment promotion and has efteetively solved the problem.
