对我国农村剩余劳动力转移理论的思考

农村剩余劳动力转移是所有发展中国家在工业化、城市化过程中必然出现的现象。在国外早已从理论上对其进行研究,这些成果对于发展中国家影响较大,包括我国。但由于我国特殊的国情,我们也提出了自己的理论模型。这对于我国农村剩余劳动力转移起到巨大的作用,但同时也暴露出一些问题。随着农村剩余劳动力的进一步转移,从理论上要求我们必须有所创新,并提出挑战。

Rural surplus laborers transfer is an inevitahle phenomenon in the process of industrialization and urbanization iu all developing countries. It has been theoretically studied abroad with the achievements, which have great influence on developing countries, ineluding China. Due to the special situation of China, we put forward some new theoretical models, which has great impact on the transfer of rural surplus laborers in china, but has some problcms on it. All this makes a challenge to the further transfer of rural surphus laborers on theory.
