以循环经济理念推动滨海新区发展

我国“十一五”发展规划中明确提出“要以坚持可持续发展,走科学发展之路为原则全面推进天津滨海新区的开发开放”①。而发展循环经济,是实现可持续发展的必由之路,符合国家“十一五”规划中对推进滨海新区的开发开放的要求。本文在提出滨海新区发展循环经济的意义基础上,分析了滨海新区发展循环经济的现状,重点论证了国内外发展循环经济的借鉴与启示,落实到滨海新区如何发展循环经济。

Here we lay special stress on expounding the experience of some other domestic districts and other countries for reference. Then we can use the knowledge to make the Binhai new district develop the circular economy.
