摘要 随着中国外贸的蓬勃发展,越来越多的跨国航运公司将其在华发展纳入全球战略的重要一环,他们纷纷在中国投入更多更大型的船舶、不断增加挂靠港口,开辟多条航线。这无疑加剧了中国国际航运市场竞争的激烈程度。为了掌握稳定的资源,控制服务质量,降低交易成本,船公司近年来往往通过加强与货主、其他运输方式(铁路、公路、航空)企业的联合以及加大对航运主要环节如代理、港口等的控制的方式,即实施一体化发展战略,来提升自己的竞争力。 Along with the prosperous development of Chinese foreign trade, more and more multinational shipping companies regard their China strategy as the vital part of their global developing projection. So more and more huge vessels are phased into, more and more calling ports are added and more and more services are launched. Such kind of situation obviously enhanced the competition of Chinese ocean container transportation market. In order to secure the customer resource , control the service quality and reduce the operation cost, shipping companies implement the integration strategy to boost their competition through reinforcing cooperation with customers , strengthening the intermodal with railway , road and air and augmenting the contrel model of main linkages of ocean transportation such as shipping agncies and terminals.
