中国企业文化需要社会主义精神吗

社会主义精神是基于社会主义思想的社会主义经济伦理的平等、和爱和贡献精神,我国企业存在的劳资矛盾紧张、企业活力不足、创新动力缺乏等现实问题阻碍着企业发展,同时,由于企业内收入分配悬殊造成的内需不足也阻碍着社会经济发展,因此我国企业文化需要社会主义精神。同时,在我国企业文化建设中注入社会主义精神能更好地实现社会主义生产目的。

The socialistic spirit was equal, love and contribution spirit of socialistic economic ethics which based on the socialism thought. Some practical problems of our enterprise such as the strained reations of labour and capital, the lack of enterprise vigor and innovating motivation were hindered the development of the enterprises. The big gaps in income distributinn in the enterprise were also hindered the development of the socialistic economy. So the Chinese enterprise culture needs socialistic spirit. Instilling socialistic spirit into our enterprise cultural construction can make more achievements on the goal of socialist production.
