Factorial analysis of compound indometacin creamprescription on analgesic effect

辐射热甩尾法测定复方炎痛妥霜对大鼠、小鼠的镇痛作用。结果表明：含有消炎痛的霜剂对大、小鼠均有显著性镇痛作用，单用苯妥英元镇痛作用，但能增强消炎痛的作用。含４％苯妥英与１％消炎痛的霜剂镇痛效果最强。

Analgesic effect of compound indometacin cream and factorial analysisof the prescription were investigated in mice and rats. The results showed that the creamscontaining indometacin had strong analgesic effect, that phenytoin had no analgesic effectbut could increase effect of indometacin, and the cream of 4% phenytoin and 154 indomethacin had the strongest action.
