摘要
本文研究了铑(Ⅲ)催化高碘酸钾氧化罗丹明s的褪色反应,据此反应初步建立了测定微量铑的催化光度分析法。结果表明:在适当的条件下,罗丹明S-高碘酸钾体系测定微量铑的方法具有较高的灵敏度,检出限为5.0×10-6g/L,方法的线性范围为10-140μg/L。对1μg/10ml Rh(Ⅲ)测定的相对标准偏差为1.60%(n=10)。
Based on the catalytic effects of rhodium (Ⅲ) on the colour fading reactions of Rhodamine S by oxidizing with KIO4, a tentative programme of a new catalytic spectrophotometdc method for the determination of rhodium(Ⅲ) has been developed. The results show that under an opportune condition, the method has higher sensitivity, the detection limit was 5.0×10^-6g/L ,and the linear range of the determination was 10- 140μg/L. The relative standard deviation for the determination of Rh(Ⅲ)at the concentration of 1 μg/10ml Rh(Ⅲ) was calculated as 1.60% (n=10).
