摘要
全球化语境下,外国文学教学与研究的重心已由微观向宏观转向,国别文学也逐渐向跨文化、跨学科、跨国界和跨语言的比较研究转向。新形势要求比较文学教师迅速提高政治、业务、科研和语言等方面的综合素质。加强政治理论学习、打好专业基础、提高科研意识、自学与出国深造等,是比较文学教师综合素质提高的基本途径。只有在综合素质提高的前提下,比较文学教师才能适应新形势的要求,使比较文学教学和研究在我国文化事业建设中做出应有的贡献。
In the environment of globalization,the focus on foreign literature teaching and research has already shifted from micro study to macro study,and national literature shifted to comparative study with the characteristics of cro^-cultures,cross-nations, cro^s-disciplines and ero^s-languages, The comparative literature teachers are required to enhance as soon as possible their comprehensive qualities in the aspects of political cultivation,teaching abilities,academic studies and languages. It is the fundamental way to enhance cornparative literature teachers' comprehensive qualities by studying political theories, cultivating ,solid discipline basis, being engaged in academic research, studying by themsdves and going abroad for further studies,etc. Only by enhancing their comprehensive qualities, can the comparative literature teachers get thyselves adapted to the new situation so that comparative literature teaching and research can make its more contributions to the revolution in the field of ideology in the transformational and opening period in China.
