调强适形放射治疗的临床实施要点 被引量:2

摘要 调强适形放射治疗(intensity modu lated rad iation therapy,IMRT)使高剂量区与肿瘤靶区达到高度适形,并且剂量强度可调,是一种全新的放射治疗方法。本文拟对IMRT的原理、设备要求、实施程序、剂量验证及临床应用价值进行详细介绍。
