摘要
随着新课程改革的不断推进,其新理念和新目标对教师的角色定位提出了新的要求。所以,在这样一个课程转型的时代,教师需要重新审视自己的角色,树立新的自我角色意识。主要体现在四个方面:教师自我的专业意识、教师课堂教学中的自我意识、教师群体合作文化的意识和教师在学校管理中的角色意识。
With the promoting of the new curricula reform, its new ideas and aims bring forward the new requires for the teachers" roles. So during such times of the curricula transformation, the teachers have to resean their own roles, and build up the new self - role consciousness. It consists of four facts, such as teachers'self- profession consciousness; teachers'self - consciousness in class teaching; teachers" collaboration culture and teachers'role consciousness in school management
