随着新课程改革的不断推进,其新理念和新目标对教师的角色定位提出了新的要求。所以,在这样一个课程转型的时代,教师需要重新审视自己的角色,树立新的自我角色意识。主要体现在四个方面:教师自我的专业意识、教师课堂教学中的自我意识、教师群体合作文化的意识和教师在学校管理中的角色意识。
