浅议大学生法律素养的培养

Training of Law Cultivation for College Students

近年来,大学生犯罪现象日益严重、社会危害性不断加大,已经引起了全社会的广泛关注。必备的法律素养,已成为现代市民特别是青年大学生立足社会的基本要件。从大学生的法律素养的现状,培育大学生的法律素养的意义等几方面入手,对提高大学生的法律素养进行探索。

The phenomenon of college students committing crimes has, especially in recent years, drawn general attentions from the whole society, since it is becoming more and more serious and bringing more harm. This has made it necessary for modem citizens, especially young college students, to have basic law cultivation. Starting from angles of the present state of law cultivations of college students and the significance of law cultivation training for college students, discussions are made on improving their law cultivation.
