The importance of reinforcing the management of the students and changing the previous ways of work is put forward according to the analysis of the features and obvious problems of the artistic students. It is the essential condition for promoting students＇ progress and keys to ensure the ideological politics education work to proceed with ages, keep the vitality and energy to combine the apecialty features, widen the educational thinking and look for available carriers attaching importance to guide the students.
