牛种布鲁氏菌杂交瘤细胞Ａ７珠分泌高中和性的抗牛种布鲁氏菌单抗ＩｇＧ＿１，该细胞被培养在Ｔｅｃｈｎｅ－Ｔ１０４型１．５升细胞培养装置中，此装置显示很低的机械剪切力。在悬浮培养时，Ａ＿７细胞密度可达１．２３×１０￣６／ｍｌ以上，单克隆抗体效价达１：５１２。

A7 is a shear sensitive mouse-mouse hybridoma cell,producing monoclonal antibody IgG1,a-gainst a local brucella strain S85A.It was grown successfully in a suspension system of 1.5L Techne-T104stirred bioreactor.Results showed the cell concentration 1.23×106/ml and maximum McAb titer of super-natant 1:512.
