新疆实验动物体内寄生虫初步调查研究

A Preliminary Investigation on Internal Parasites on Laboratory Animals in Xinjiang,China

本文报道了１９９３～１９９５年对新疆四个单位实验动物室４种３２０只普通实验动物体内寄生虫感染的初步调查研究结果。在被调查的实验动物体内，共获得寄生蠕虫及原虫１１种。四家实验动物室实验动物体内寄生虫的总感染率为６６．２％。

This paper reports the results of investigation on internal parasites infection in laboratory ani-mals from four laboratory in Xinjiang,China,A total of 320 animals from 4 species and 8 strains(Kunmingstrain mice,BALB/c mice,NIH mice、ICR mice,Wistar rat,Guinea pig,New Zealand rabbit and Japanesewhite rabbit)was surveyed with egg concentration method,direct smear method for faeces specimens or bloodspecimens and autopsy method.The results were as follows:212 among the 320 laboratory animals were nat-urally parasitized with internal parasites,Six species of helminths and four species of protozoa were obtained.They are Aspiculuris tetraptera,Syphacia obvelata,S.muris,Hymenolepis nana,Passalurus ambiguus,Cysticer-cus pisformis,Trichomonas muris,Trichomonas caviae,Eimeria sp.Balantidium caviae,Entamoeba sp.Theinfection rate of internal parasites in laboratory animals from four laboratories is 66.2%.
