The library consciousness is a process of people＂ s conscious reflection to the library. With the rapid development of global- ization and modernization especially that of information technology, traditional library service mechanism and concepts have confronted with great challenges, and the library consciousness has been in a perplexed state. This paper analyzes the factors which ＇affect people＂ s library consciousness in great details, so as to enhance people＂ s library consciousness and meet the needs of the times.
