加强和完善高校学生公寓的管理与服务,直接关系到学生的人身安全和生活学习环境、关系到学校正常的生活秩序和教学秩序、关系到高校和谐校园的建设,是培养和造就千百万社会主义现代化建设人才不可或缺的工作。
Improving and enhancing the management of and services for college dorms is directly related to the safety and the living and learning environment of all the college students, to the order of education and operation on campus, and to the construction of a harmonious campus. And it is an indispensable part of the cultivation of various talents for social modernization.
