摘要
余厚全魏家周等:测井超声换能器传输特性的分析研究,测井技术,1996(3)20,186~191。根据梅森等效电路模型,模拟计算了测井超声换能器的传输函数;分析了背衬材料的特性阻抗、背村匹配层厚度、介电常数和温度等因素对换能器传输特性的影响,并模拟井下不同深度的温度压力状态,对超声换能器的传输特性进行了实验研究。
The transfer function of the ultrasonic transducer is imitated according to Mason's equivalent circuit. The effects of such factors as the impedance of back liningmaterial, the thickness of the matching materials, the dielectric constants of thetransducer as well as the temperature on the transfer characteristic are studied. Theexperiments about the transfer characteristic of the transducer under different temperature and pressure conditions are made.
