岩心自然伽马射线NaI(Tl)谱的解析 被引量:5

摘要 庞巨丰等:岩心自然伽马射线NaI(Tl)谱的解析,测井技术,1996(6)20,397~405。本文研究了用NaI(Tl)伽马谱仪采集的岩心自然伽马谱的解析和计算机软件设计方法。研究的主要方法有:卡段法、交叉卡段法和逆矩阵法。其中交叉卡段法是本文新提出的方法,并设计和编制了伽马谱解析的计算机软件。用U、Th、K含量已知的岩心样品的自然伽马谱对伽马谱解析方法和计算软件进行检验,研究道区(能区)选取、道区数以及不同解析方法对解析结果的影响。最后给出最佳的谱解析方法。 The analysis methods and the computer programs of the core natural gamma ray spectra acquired with NaI(Tl) spectrometer have been studied in this paper. The main analysis methods for NaI(Tl) spectra include sectionalization method, lapped sectionalization method and inverse matrix method, of which the lapped sectionalization method is a new one used in this research. The computer program for gamma ray spectra analysis has been worked out. The analysis methods have been tested by natural gamma ray spectra from the core samples with known contents of U、 Th and K. Influence of the channel groups (energy window) selection, number of channel groups and the analysis method on the analysis results has also been studied. Finally, the best analysis technique for gamma ray spectra is given.
