摘要
目的:评价CT引导下联合注射臭氧(O3)与胶原酶治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床应用价值。方法:在CT引导下对60例腰椎间盘突出症患者,采用盘内注射15~20ml浓度为60μg/ml臭氧(O3),侧隐窝注射600U胶原酶2ml。结果:患者于术后随访1个月、3个月、6个月,6个月获得最佳疗效,其优、良、差率分别为58.3%、38.4%和3.3%。结论:椎间盘内和侧隐窝联合注射臭氧和胶原酶是治疗腰椎间盘突出症的一种安全有效的方法。
Objective: To assess the applied value of CT guiding combined injection of ozone and collagenase in the treatment of lumbar disk herniation. Method: Sixty patients with clinically diagnosed LDH underwent CT guiding intradiscal were injected 15-20ml of 60μg/ml ozone,and lateral crypt were injected 2ml of 600u coUagenase. Result:AU patients were followed up at 1,3 and 6 months. The best therapeutic outcome was obtained 6 months after the injection and the best,good and poor therapy rote were 58.3% ,38.4% and 3.3%, respectively. Conclusion: Combined injection of ozone and collagenase in intradiscal and lateral crypt is a minimally invasive and effectively method for treatment of lumbar disk herniation.
