摘要
将稀土铈(Ⅲ)负载于胶原纤维上制备新型除氟吸附材料CeCF。研究表明:CeCF对F^-的吸附容量为5.88mmol.g^-1;且铈与胶原纤维结合牢固,不易脱落。pH值对吸附有较大影响,适宜的pH范围为2~3.其吸附等温线符合Langmuir方程;吸附动力学可用拟二级速率方程描述。除PO4^3-外,溶液中的SO4^2-、NO^3-、Cl^-、CO3^2-基本不影响CeCF对氟的吸附;用pH〉12的碱溶液可使吸附剂再生。固定床吸附实验表明,当F^-质量浓度为20mg.L^-1流速为0.7332cm^3·min^-1时,吸附穿透点为447个床层体积。
A new adsorbent, Cerium(Ⅲ loaded collagen fiber(CeCF), was prepared. Experimental results indicated that the adsorption capacity of CeCF to F^- was 5.88 mmol·g^-1, and Cerium (Ⅲ) was nearly not leaked during adsorption process. The pH of solution significantly affects the adsorption, and the appropriate adsorption capacity was achieved in the pH range of 2-3. The adsorption isotherms can be described by the Langmuir equation, while the adsorption kinetics can-be well fitted by the pseudo-second-order rate model. The anions of SO4^2- , NO3^-, Cl^-, CO3^2-have no effect on the adsorption of fluoride except PO4^3-. The adsorbent can be regenerated by alkali solution when pH≥12. Column adsorption experiments indicated that breakthrough point was around 447 bed volume when feeding concentration of fluoride was 20 mg·L^-1 and flow rate was 0. 7332 cm^3· min^-1.
