慢性酒精中毒患者戒酒前后社会功能变化的分析

Analysis of Changes on Social Function for Chronic Alcoholism Patients in Fore-and-aft Temperance

目的：通过对慢性酒精中毒患者戒酒前后的社会、心理因素的测试调查，研究戒酒后社会功能的变化。方法：选取戒酒前后的慢性酒精中毒患者24例和非饮酒者27例分别进行自尊及人际行为评定、情绪状态量表、社会功能缺损筛选量表测试。结果：①慢性酒精中毒患者戒酒后在个性、价值观、恢复能力／稳定性、竞争性、存在价值各因子分均高于戒酒前（P〈0．05—0．01）。②慢性酒精中毒患者戒酒后在紧张-焦虑、愤怒-敌对、糊涂-迷惑评分均低于戒酒前（P〈0．05～0.01）。⑧慢性酒精中毒患者戒酒后社会功能缺损筛选量表评分明显低于戒酒前（P〈0．01）。结论：慢性酒精中毒患者戒酒后社会功能缺陷明显改善。

Objective： To study the change of social function about temperance through testing and investigation for social and mental factors chronic alcoholism patients after of chronic alcoholism patients in fore - and - aft temperance. Method： We selected 24 alcoholism patients in fore - and - aft temperance and 27 well- beings , Two groups used the same test item, They were self- esteem and international behavior rating - 30, sentiment state scale , social disability screening schedule. Results ： ①The score of alcoholism patients after temperance on personality, value view, recovery ability/stability, competive, presence value factors on Self- Esteem and International Behavior rating- 〈0.05-0.01） ②The score of alcoholism patients after 30 were higher than theirs before temperance. （P temperance on tension - anxiety, anger - hostile and confused - blurred factor on Sentiment State Scale were lower than the alcoholism before temperance. （ P 〈 0.05 -0.01 ） ③The score of alcoholism patients after temperance on Social Disability Screening Schedule were lower than the alcoholism before temperance （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion： Defects of chronic alcoholism patients in social function were evidently ameliorative after temperance.
