Analysis of the Clinical Features of Traumatic Intracranial Hematoma in old aged Patients

目的:了解108例老年人外伤性颅内血肿特点:硬膜下血肿多、血肿量大、但临床症状轻、术后恢复缓慢。方法:82例手术治疗,26例保守治疗。结果:术后并发症多,康复缓慢,虽然症状有所改善但生活质量差。结论:根据老年人颅内血肿临床特点选择性手术,加强预防,控制并发症。

Objective： To comprehend the clinical features of 108 old aged patients with traumatic intracranial hematomas： most of intracranial hematomas were subdural hematoma, with large hematoma volume, light clinical symptom, but they restored slowly after operation. Method： 82 patients were treated surgicaUy and 26 patients underwent non operative treatment. Result： After operation, the complications were more, restored to health slowly, but the quality of life was bad. Conclusion： The select operation should be done according to the clinical features of old aged patients＇ intracranial hematomas, and should closely provent the complications.
