摘要 胶原优良的生化特性使其在生物医药领域中有着广泛的应用。为了使胶原达到医学中应用所要求的一些参数,如变性温度、机械强度和抗蛋白酶降解的能力等,使用前要对胶原进行交联改性处理。本文综述了胶原的化学交联改性技术,并对其化学交联剂的交联效果进行评价比较。 Collagen possesses excellent biochemical characteristics. It has been widely used in the field of biomedicine. In order to enable the collagen to achieve some parameters demands(such as the denaturation temperature, the mechanical strength, the ability of anti-degradation of protein ase and so on) which are required in the medicine, the collagen need to be cross-linked and modified before using. The technology of cross-linking and modifying of collagen using chemical methods was reviewed. And the cross-linking effect of the chemical cross-linking reagents which reacted with collagen was also discussed.
