摘要
介绍了抗高温腐蚀喷涂工艺技术(包括高温腐蚀的类型分析,电喷涂工艺设计,等离子喷涂工艺参数的确定等);对电喷涂工艺和等离子喷涂工艺进行了比较。比较表明二者都有优缺点,因而从经济性和功能性综合考虑,二者结合起来,应用于发电厂水冷壁高温腐蚀的防护和治理,最为理想。
The paper briefs the spray coating technology applied in anti- high temperature corrosion(including the type analysis of high temperature corrosion,technological design of electric spray coating,determination of plasma spray coating technology parameters etc.), and conducts the comparison of electric spray coating teuhnology and plasma spray coating technology.The comparison shows that both have strong points and weak points.Consequently,it is mostideal, taking economics and function into comprehensive consideration, combining both,to apply to the prevention and control of high temperature corrosion of power plant' s water wall tubes.
