Design of Automatic Coal Loosening System of Coal Bunker

针对现在多数火力发电厂原煤仓煤斗经常堵塞,造成给煤机断煤的问题,文章从根本上分析了煤斗堵煤的原因,创新设计了全新理念的煤斗自动疏煤系统,即利用高压压缩空气,自下而上,逐层疏通煤层,彻底解决了煤仓“堵煤”的问题,具有很高的市场应用价值。

Presently clogging of raw coal bin - coal bunker often occurs in most coal - fred power plants,resulting in the coal cut - off problem of coal feeder.the paper fund amentally analyzes the cause for clogging of coal bunker,innovatively designs the new idea - automatic coal - loosening system of coal bunker i,e., to use high pressure airflow to cut coal layer by layer ,to solve the ＂shedding coal＂ problem of coal bin ,and puts forward the concrete control - design scheme.
