摘要
目的:通过分析直线加速器的电离室“Inter lock#27 HIGH VOLTAGE O.C”问题,引起设备中断使用的故障,用简单的测量手法剖析该装置,找出问题元件,快速解决故障过程,以供同业参考,以达到节省人力物力和时间。方法:当加速器出现“Inter lock#27 HIGH VOLTAGE O.C”中断的连锁,以短路交换代替法、万用表跟踪测量供电装置上参数的改变。分析故障现象、根据电路指向,找出问题关键。结果:分析检查得出的数据和由短路代替法可见结果,清楚问题主要发生在某一电离室上,而非在供电装置上。结论:直接观察直线加速器出现的故障现象,首先考虑故障是否发生在电离室上,利用短路代替法、万用表跟踪测量法,可快速把情况了解,解决问题。
Objective: To Analysis of problem("Inter lock # 27 HIGH VOLTAGE O.C")happen at the dose monitor system of Pfimus Linear Accelerator. We wish to can found fine and fast means. And found out bad component. Solve the trouble. Methods: When the machine happened the trouble. It is "Inter lock # 27 HIGH VOLTAGE O.C"We Use short ways and measure by DVM to check the power supply device and the chambers. Result: We know the trouble at the chamber by analyzed the phenomenon of the machine malfunction and the power supply device in good condition. Conclusions: We should first think the question at the chamber. Then by pass be observed state of machine malfunction and used short ways and measured by DVM. We can fast and clarity to solve the trouble.
