核电站工程文档的电子信息化管理

由于核电站质量保证要求,其文档管理不同于一般工程项目,为了顺利执行岭澳二期核岛主设备包供货合同,做到安全地收发、保存和有效地管理工程文档,有必要在现有资源的基础上建立工程文档电子信息化管理系统。工程文档电子信息化管理系统分两步建立:(1)搭建工程文档管理平台,为工程文档安全传输和保存提供保证;(2)建立工程文档数据库管理系统,有效地管理工程文档。经过一段时间的运行证明,其应用的效果已经达到预期的目标。

As the requirement of quality assurance of nuclear power station, the management of project documents is different between nuclear power project and general project. In order to execute LingAO phase Ⅱ primary package project, the project documents need to be safely stored, transmited, and effectively managed. So it is necessary to build electronic file system based on the existing resource. There are two steps to build the electronic file system. First, build the platform of management system to safely store and transmit the documents; secondly, build the database management system to effectively manage the documents. The ef- fect of this system is satisfactory.
