清凉冲剂对蛋用雏鸡免疫功能的影响 被引量:4

摘要 本试验选择1日龄体重(55.5±5.2)g农大三号雏鸡60只,随机分为2组。试验从第7日龄起,至49日龄时止,周期共计42 d。其中试验组饲喂中药(浓度为1 000 mg/L),添加比例为1∶1 000;对照组不喂药,常规饲养。第7,21,35,49日龄时,两组分别取5只仔鸡,心脏采血,用血凝抑制法(HI)测定各组血清NDV抗体水平;采用腹腔巨噬细胞功能测定法,计算其吞噬百分率和吞噬指数。随后剖杀取胸腺、法氏囊、脾脏等免疫器官,称量并计算免疫器官指数;试验结果显示:与对照组相比,免疫器官指数、NDV抗体水平以及腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬百分率和吞噬指数试验组均明显高于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。说明清凉冲剂可以有效增强鸡的免疫功能。 Sixty healthy seven-day-old chicks were divided into two groups at random. Qingliang electuary was orally administered of Group Ⅰ. Group Ⅱ was as the control group. At the age of 7,21,35,49 days,5 chicks of each group were sacrificed and index numbers of thymus , spleen and bursa Fabricius were calculated. HI test results with heart blood were recorded to calculate NDV antibody titers. At the age of 49 days, phagocytic percentage and phagocytic index were observed. The result demonstrated that Qingliang electuary could increase the spleen, thymus and bursa Fabricius weight and phagocytic percentage and phagocytic index. It could also significantly enhance NDV antibody titers. It was coucluded that Qingliang electuary could improve the immunity in chicken.
