功放动态供电技术在TD-SCDMA手机中的应用

摘要 针对TD-SCDMA手机功放在实际使用中的平均增加效率(PAE)低的特点,提出了一种适合手机设计并能提高功放增加效率的低噪高效的动态功放电源供应技术,给出了具体的硬件实现,并以试验的方法对功放的性能提高进行了定量分析,充分证明采用高效低噪的动态功放电源供应技术可以很大程度提高功放的增加效率,从而延长了电池的使用寿命。 According to TD -SCDMA handset power awplifier (PA) having low Power Added Efficiency (PAE) in common operation, this paper finds out a low -noise, high -efficiency adjustable RF PA power supply technology which can improve the PA's PAE greatly. The hardware circuit has been accomplished, and the PA performance improved has been proved by test in lab. It is proved sufficiently that the PA's PAE has increased by using low - noise, high - efficiency adjustable RF PA power Supply. So the battery life has been prolonged certainly.
