摘要
一超短波电台在湿热试验中无信号输出,经过分析验证,发现三防漆厚度增加是电台高放调谐回路发生偏移,导致故障的主要原因。通过理论分析和试验数据,阐明了三防漆厚度引起电台失谐的机理,以此对电台的设计和生产提供工艺指导。
A VHF radio has no output signal in humid heat test. After analysis and validation, it is found that it is the thickening of three - proofing lacquer that results in the deviation of high - frequency amplifying tuning loop of the radio. Through theoretic analysis and test, the mechanism of the thickness of three - proofing lacquer resulting in the detuning of radio is explained, which benefits to the design and manufacturing of the radio.
