摘要 介绍了一种新型的可编程温补晶振(TCXO),它是在传统的温补晶振基础上,结合锁相技术及新工艺研制而成。该可编程温补晶振输出频率可以根据用户需要进行再设置,不仅具有传统温补晶振的优点,而且使用灵活、方便。通过对10—300MHz频率范围内的可编程温补晶振的实验,已获得了很好的效果。在-55℃~85℃的温度范围内,频率温度稳定度优于±2ppm。利用贴装、混合工艺等使晶振的体积做到20.4mm×13mm×10mm(DIP14)。 This paper introduces a new type of programmable temperature compensated crystal oscillator (TCXO). It is developed on the basis of the traditional temperature compensated crystal oscillators and combined lock phase technology and other new technology. The output frequency of the programmable temperature compensated crystal oscillator can be reset by user. It not only has the virtues of the traditional temperature compensated crystal oscillators but also is more convenient in practical use. The experiment result of the programmable temperature compensated crystal oscillator with frequency from 10MHz to 300MHz is satifying. From -55℃ to 85℃ ,the stability of frequency is better than ±2ppm. The crystal oscillator is small in size(20.4 mm × 13 mm × 10 mm(DIP14) )with use of SMT and mixed technology.
