一种改进的基于波束空间的酉-ESPRIT算法

摘要 针对酉-ESPR IT算法估计精度较高但是对信噪比水平变化比较敏感的问题,提出了一种改进的用于DOA估计的酉-ESPR IT算法。该算法首先对观测数据在变换域中进行预处理使信号能量更集中,然后进行波束变换,在波束空间中估计信号的到达方向。文中采用的波束形成矩阵使用较少的波束数可以在更广范围内搜索信号以避免漏掉有用信号,因此减少了运算量。通过计算机仿真试验可知,无论在白噪声还是色噪声背景下,与酉-ESPR IT算法相比,本算法不仅减少了计算量,并且具有更小的信噪比门限,提高了酉-ESPR IT算法的鲁棒性。 The Unitary -ESPRIT algorithm has a good ability in DOA estimation, but it is sensitive to the changes in SNR level. A new modified beam - space based Unitary - ESPRIT algorithm for DOA estimation is proposed to solve this problem. The data's energy is focused through the Discrete Cosine Tranaformation(DCT), then the arriving directions of signals are estimated in the beam -space. A new beam matrix is used to scan useful signals in a rather broader space, it uses less beam numbers so that the computation burden is reduced. Computer simulations prove that under both the white noise and the colored noise background, the proposed algorithm attains lower SNR gate, less computation burden with good stability than the Unitary - ESPRIT algorithm.
