全身应用全氟化碳防护内毒素致急性肺损伤可行性研究 被引量:1

摘要 选择140只大鼠,其中15只腹腔注射全氟化碳(PFC)原液,24、48和72 h各处死5只,取腹腔残余PFC量测其吸收率,取静脉血测血PFC;5只阴茎背静脉注射PFC乳剂(PFCE),分别于1、2、4、6、24、48、72 h和10d眼眶取血测PFC。另120只分为8组,其中腹腔注射PFC研究分生理盐水对照组(A组)、PFC对照组(B组)、脂多糖(LPS)致急性肺损伤(AL I)组(C组)和PFC预处理组(D组),静脉注射PFCE研究分生理盐水对照组(A 1组)、PFCE对照组(B 1组)、LPS致AL I组(C 1组)和PFCE预处理组(D 1组)。各组分别于2、4、6 h处死,留动脉血测动脉血气分析。结果A、A 1组无异常反应。腹腔注射PFC 72 h后吸收率最高;血PFC 48 h最高。静脉注射PFCE后血浓度最高,6 h下降近90%,第10天已测不出。血气分析显示,腹腔注射PFC对LPS致AL I血氧分压下降无明显作用,C、D组明显低于A、B组(P均<0.01)。静脉注射PFCE后B 1组血氧分压2、4 h明显高于A 1组(P均<0.01),6 h降至A 1组水平;D 1组明显高于C 1组(P<0.01)。提示全身应用PFC防护AL I有一定可行性。
