摘要
针对分配式喷油泵VP37执行器的旋转电磁铁位置控制、油温测量等方面的问题,介绍了电控调试装置的整体设汁、信号调理电路和驱动电路等。本装置采用AD698对半差动环行传感器检测的滑套位移进行信号调理,并且为了能精确控制执行器位置,综合运用改变控制信号频率、占空比以及加载颤振信号方式来定位执行器,使之处于动态平衡状态,从而减少静摩擦力和消除磁滞现象影响,获得了较好的控制效果。
The paper introduces the whole design of the electronic controlled testing unit, the signal conditioning circuit and the driving circuit about the position control of rolling electromagnetic iron and the testing of oil temperature and so on. The equipment makes use of the AD698 to process the signal detected by a half - differential ring sensor, and in order to control the executor accurately, change, the signal frequency and the duty cycle and add the vibrant signal controlled the executor up to dynamic balance so that it reduces quiescent friction and hysteresis. Finally, the executor can move accurately with the increasing of the input voltage so that we can control the injecting oil automaticaly. The better result is gained.
