摘要
针对应急泵组对柴油机的特殊要求,柴油机要处于随时启动的状态,且启动迅速(10 s内),在直流电源支持下能正常工作,可靠性高,维修性好,报警装置反应灵敏,停机迅速。通过对船用的TBD604BL6柴油机的特性进行分析,认为通过改进可以满足应急泵组对该柴油机的要求。通过采用淡水预热装置、电启动、电动预供润滑油、电子调速器、电瓶自动浮充电装置等几方面的改进设计,满足了用户的需求,赢得了新的市场。
According to the special requirements of an emergency pump set to diesel engines, the diesel engine must be in the rapid start status at any time（ in 10s）, operated properly driven by d. c., which has high reliability, sensitive warning apparatus, rapid shutdown and is convenient for service. By analysis of characteristics of TBD604BL6 marine diesel engine, it is believed that to improve the design can meet the requirements of an emergency pump set to diesel engines. The improved designs in preheating apparotus using freseh water, electric start, presupply of lubricating oil driven by electricity, electronic speed controller, storage battery charging apparatus by automatic floating., A new market is widened.
