摘要
就筑路机械用冷却系统对筑路机械发动机的重要性进行分析,并说明了冷却不合理可能对发动机造成的不良后果。对冷却系统驱动方式进行了分类,介绍了各自的主要发展过程,并分别分析了优点及不足,最后提出了一种新型的筑路机械用冷却系统,克服了传统冷却系统定传动比及单一驱动方式的缺点,减小了空气流动阻力,提高了热交换能力。
The importance of the cooling system of road - building machinery to the engine of road machine is analyzed. And the kickback is pointed if cooling system is unreasonable. Drive modes of cooling device are sorted, and advantage and disadvantage of each drive mode is analyzed. In the end, a novel cooling system of road machine is proposed, which can overcome, the disadvantage of conventional cooling system and decrease air - flowing resistance, and improve heat - exchange capacity.
