摘要
输油管道采用电热带伴热保温,防止管中原油凝固是近几年来发展的一种高新节能技术。电热带是用电能来补充被伴热在工艺生产过程中所散失的热量,以维持流动介质最合理的工艺温度范围。电热带沿管道长度方向均匀放热,所以电伴热温度梯度小,热稳定时!司长。电热带热效率高、节约能源、设计简单、施工方便、无污染、使用寿命长,并能实现遥控和自动化控制。
Using electrothermal belt accompanying heat and thermal insulation to prevent crude in pipeline solidified is a kind of high new energy-saving techllology in recent years. Electrothermal belt is used to complement the cluantity of heat released in pipeline operation to maintain flow medium in the most reasonable temperature range. Because electro thermal belt scartters heat along pipeline fairly well-distributed therefore it is small in temperature gradient, long in heat stable time, high efficiency and saves energy. It is simple in design,convenient in construction. It has no pollution and has long life span and remote control and automatic control can be realized.
